Owners Repository LLC respects the privacy of vehicle owners. This policy explains how our website and mobile applications handle information.

Website information

This informational website does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information through forms. Standard hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, for security and reliable delivery.

Mobile application data

Owners Repository applications are designed to store core garage, maintenance, tire, receipt, passport, fuel and track records locally on the user’s device. The applications do not require an Owners Repository account.

Device permissions

Depending on the application and feature used, an app may request access to selected files, photographs, camera functions or location. These permissions support owner-requested functions such as receipt import, vehicle photographs, on-device text recognition and GPS track timing. Permission use is limited to the feature the user activates.

Third-party services

Application distribution and purchases may be processed by platform providers such as Google Play. Their own privacy policies govern information they process. Owners Repository LLC does not sell personal information.

Data control

Users can edit or delete records within the applicable app and can remove locally stored application data through device settings or by uninstalling the app. Owners should retain separate backups of important vehicle documents.

Children

Our products are intended for vehicle owners and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
